Vailo Launched!

Finally! After serveral month the Vailo blog is up and running! After spending a lot of time reading and learning, ideas have started to spread again and hopefully they will be recorded on this blog available for everyone to read and so I will be able to remember everything I think and talk about.

As for newcomers, Vailo will be a mix of web development, web design and various Internet trends. As for me personally, I’m more into web development and scripting. If you enjoy reading and learning about code you will be a great resource for me! Vailo will be the wall to discuss and improve ideas and various scripts.

To start off  this opening I will start introducing a series of PHP classes I have been working on. Even though there are a number of great scripts already out there I took the time and spend a few days working on a mix of script to handle form creation, form validation, record paging, record management and mysql database. The Idea is to make life a lot easier when it comes to creating forms and validating them and also to handle records coming from a mysql database without the need to write any SQL code.

The first script in the series will be the mysql database class. I think I will start with a quick tutorial on how to get WAMP/LAMP running on your local machine so you will be able to test everything we go through. Until next time I suggest you take a look at the links to the left and I wish you a nice Midsummer Day!
